little blips

  • i never knew how much i would enjoy being kicked. but i love it. it really is a strange feeling. little tapping from the inside.
  • my belly is getting bigger. and i like it. i feel like something substantial is going on in there.
  • one or both babies do not like sundays. every sunday i don’t feel well. strange.
  • i can’t seem to adjust to sleeping on my side. i tend to wake up on my back a lot (when i wake up every 2-3 hours). i imagine as the belly swells this will be more difficult and i will just get used to it.  but the bop.pie body pillow is awesome.
  • i love thai food. specifically thai fried rice. i wouldn’t say it is a craving or at least not a new craving since i loved it before but i have definitely been enjoying it a bit more lately.
  • water tastes weird about half the time. i don’t know why but it does so i drink sparkling water with lemon. that seems to help.
  • i get to hear the heartbeats of mr. magoo and the mystery guest tomorrow (or lagoon and the mystery baby as hook calls them).
  • i am trying to think of all of the things to do with my boy before the babies arrive, he starts kindergarten, and his world is flipped upside down.
  • even with all of the uncertainty, nausea and other attendant ups and downs, i am a big fan of being pregnant.

Have you checked out Roat Osha or Chiang Mai Thai? They are two of my favorites! Roat Osha has some really yummy fried rice dishes and Chiang Mai has great Pad Thai. Glad to hear all is going well. Looking forward to an appointment update…
