Rest you must

14 Dec

So I made it 36w6d before being put on bed rest today for high BP. Had actually just headed to the hospital for a shot for wigglers lung development when I asked to have my BP checked. It was high. Another batch of labs and a few tests from a great nurse yielded the bed rest. It seemed awfully close to induction but instead it was decided that would work well for Thursday. Until then strict bed rest. Less than two days. So I went home. And laid on the couch. And had a little Thai fried rice for dinner. then I felt something well different. hmm is that my water breaking? Perhaps. Not sure. It was nothing overwhelming just strange. So I called my doc. We got hook settled with some great friends for the night and made hasty preparations for the next few days. And now we are here in L&D. Again. Waiting to see if this is it. Measuring 5cm… Perhaps there are wigglers in our immediate future.

Exciting times! Hoping this is it and the next post will be introducing the wigglers. Thinking of you!
